At 18m50s, after being told by Cronin to deal with it before it’s too late, DI Styles arrives in London by train.

At 07m26s, in this brief scene Cronin leaves this house and gets in his car to be taken to the office.

At 07m39s after leaving his house, Cronin can be seen driving from Southmill Street into Albert Square in Manchester.

He then proceeds past Albert Square, where we can see the olympic rings on display.

At 09m54s Cronin meets Styles here where Styles is told to go to London to sort the problem out himself. The first shot is a view of Cooper Street from Mount Street.

The second shot is from Cronin’s office, overlooking St Peter’s Square in the centre of Manchester.

 

RAY’S PARENTS’ HOUSE – THEN & NOW

First seen at 15m15s, Arthur and Ray take Susie here so that no one will know where she is. This location features throughout the episode.

At 25m10s, we see Ray approach the house in Bert’s taxi and we catch a glimpse of the street alongside.

 

POLICE STATION – THEN & NOW  

REAR OF PRIORY COMMUNITY CENTRE, 387 ACTON LANE, W3 8 

At 16m22s, police officers Fowler and Grey arrive back at the police car park, where Fowler tells Grey he finds it hard to believe that Arthur has driven three ranking officers to near nervous breakdowns.

 

At 45m12s Arthur & Ray leave the same police station at the front. Here we see a glimpse of the ‘Bizzy Lizzy’ day nursery, which was active until at least 2008.

This location features throughout The Ray Daley Years. This site was demolished in 2014 and replaced by the ARK Priory Primary Academy. Tree and railings still remain.

 

DRIVING TO MELISSA MASON’S HOUSE – THEN & NOW

At 21m17s, Styles and his men are seen driving here when Styles produces a list of possible people that may be connected to Susie.
